Juniors
Training Sessions
Summer training sessions commence at St Cross Cricket Ground on:
- Tuesday 12th April 6.30 – 8.00pm for the U13s and U15s;
- Wednesday 13th April 6.30 – 8.00pm for the U8/9 boys and the U8/9 girls. U13/U15 Girls/Ladies
- Friday 15th April 6.30 – 8.00pm for the U11 boys and the U10/11 girls.
Please note all juniors must sign in with their coach or manager on arrival and sign out when leaving.
Changes to our training schedule:
Our Girls Squad is now well established and the girls have become very successful. The U13/15 girls will train with the Ladies Squad on Wednesday evenings. The U8/9 girls will continue to train on a Wednesday evening and the U10/11 girls on Friday evenings. We hope to increase the number of U8 – U10 girls in the Girls Squad but welcome new girls of any age.
Membership
Annual Junior Membership runs from 1st April 2010 to 31st March2011 with a small increase this year to £45.

Fixtures
Details of all fixtures will be available in the Fixture Card which will be given out during April. Matches start week commencing 24th April through to the last week in July. There will also be an opportunity for the older children ( U13s and U15s) to take part in the Holiday League 40 over matches which will take place during August.
U9 matches ; U11C home matches and U13s matches will be on Sundays.
U11 a and b home matches will be on Monday evenings.
U15 matches will be on Friday evenings.
Girls matches to be announced.
Junior Events
WWJC Indoor Presentation - Under 16s, Under 14s & Under 12s
The presentation of the trophies will be made on Sunday 13th March at the River Park. Following the Adult knock out cup final (this is due to be around 7.30pm)
Congratulations to St Cross - Under 16 runner up, under 14 winner and under 12 winners.
Easter Coaching Courses (for the U8 – U12 boys and U8 – U13 girls)
Monday 11th to Thursday 14th April and Monday 18th to Thursday 21st April .
U 15 Six-A-Side Competition
August 14th - all day event for all the family with BBQ and Bar etc.
U11 Eight-A-Side Competition
August 29th - all day event for all the family with BBQ and Bar etc.

Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions available12th April – 22nd July
NB No coaching 16th, 17th and 19th May due to Archery Week
Matches will take place as usual
Volunteering
We are grateful to all those parents and older siblings who have become involved in running the junior section. It is wonderful to have so many volunteers and there are many ways in which you can help such as umpiring, scoring, helping with fundraising events, teas, BBQ’s and transport. Or perhaps you or your company would like to sponsor the juniors or the club.
